Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing dumbo.life ("the Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us at security@dumbo.life if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Purchases

Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe. Merch orders are fulfilled by Shopify and subject to their shipping timelines.

4. Tour bookings

  • Tours run rain or shine unless we cancel for safety reasons.
  • Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start time. No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
  • If we cancel a tour, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule.

5. Memberships

Memberships renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues through the end of the paid period.

6. User content

Anything you submit (tips, comments, reviews) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and lightly edit it on the Site. We reserve the right to remove content that's illegal, defamatory, spam, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape the Site beyond what robots.txt permits.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.
  • Use the Site to harass other users or businesses.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

8. Intellectual property

All editorial content, photography, and design on the Site is © DUMBO Hub or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution; please ask before reproducing full articles.

9. Disclaimer

Information on the Site is provided "as is". Business hours, menus, and event times change — please confirm with the business directly before traveling.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DUMBO Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
